Shopping for a new wardrobe and accessories is not just about picking something off the shelf – it's about getting that expert advice that helps you get the most out of that trip to the store. 

The concept of personal shopping service has its origins in the venerable London department stores such as Harrods and Selfridges. Shopping by appointment in the private setting of the PK store helps us better understand your wishes and introduce complementary items and accessories like scarves and jewelry. 

The process is straightforward. We will listen to what you want, and turn it into a fun process of discovery in which we’ll show you not only what is asked for but also what you need to truly walk out of PK feeling you weren’t just another customer.

Before you arrive, we can pre-select sizes and looks, giving us more time to fine-tune your wardrobe. Booking your personal shopping appointment early in the new season means early access in-store to what is just arriving from Europe!

Our door is now open by personal shopping appointment only – we are pleased to welcome you to experience our Spring/Summer 2020 collection. Sanitary measures have been implemented which we ask you to please respect: 

• Use the hand sanitizer gel when you first enter the store, and as often as you wish.
• Wear a face covering. (We offer ones in-store hand-stitched by our seamstress using Italian fabrics – see below)
• Maintain distance.

We want you to know that we steam garments and accessories after every try-on; we also sanitize the change rooms and curtains; should you like a refreshment, the server will do so wearing gloves; you may shop with one companion; no one else will enter the store during your private shopping appointment.
