All items for sale on PetraKarthaus.com e-boutique are available. However, our online site only features accessories, jewelry and accents. For our exclusive European apparel collections, visit the PK store on 55 Bloor St. West!
How may I get assistance with my online order?

Will my order be gift wrapped?
Standard purchases are delivered in a sealed cardboard package with the merchandise neatly wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with our brand sticker.
For purchase of gifts, please indicate so in the “additional comments” section upon checking out. Gifts will be wrapped and sealed with a silver ribbon and extra love.
Can I use a gift card or store credit for an online purchase?
Petra Karthaus gift cards and store credits may be used on the store website. Please consult the conditions listed on your gift card for its use in stores.
Can I collect my order in store?
It is possible and encouraged to collect the items you have ordered on Petrakarthaus.com in-store to get the chance to check out our chic apparel collections.
To collect your order, please introduce yourself to a sales person when you arrive at the store and we would be happy to assist you :)
Which means of payment are accepted by PetraKarthaus.com?
You can pay for your purchases with a valid credit or debit card including but not limited to MasterCard, Visa, Debit, and American Express. You should enter your credit card or debit card number, its expiry date and its verification number on the relevant page.
Is my payment secure?
All transactions made on the Petra Karthaus website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting.
Petra Karthaus has also established specific security measures to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recovered and used by third parties.
How do I return or exchange an item ordered online?
We do not offer returns or exchanges as all sales are final especially of jewelry, accessories, bags and scarves. Alternatively, products may be exchanged or returned for a store credit at our physical store in Toronto within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
We do not offer refund on any goods purchased from Petra Karthaus. In the event whereby the purchased item was damaged in the manufacturing or delivery process, you may be eligible for an exchange, store credit or a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We generally process and prepare your order immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order if it has already been processed. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you've received it, in accordance with our return policy.

Do you offer international shipping?
Online purchases may be made by residents of Canada and the United States, for delivery to Canadian and U.S. addresses. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time, but invite our clients to visit our local boutique.
How do I know if my purchase will be taxed?
Petra Karthaus charges applicable provincial, federal, and harmonized taxes on online transactions. Your on-screen total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
How long before I receive my purchase?
To estimate the total delivery time for immediately available items, please refer to the shipping window provided at check-out and allow 5 additional business days for delivery of your order. A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been sent out for delivery.
What shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

Orders are delivered by mail or courier depending on your location and order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Petra Karthaus is not responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Petra Karthaus’s control. Items that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and will be shipped once they become available.
