Your shipping fee along with any other freight charges will be calculated and emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Orders are delivered by mail or courier depending on your location and order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Petra Karthaus is not responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Petra Karthaus’s control. Items that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and will be shipped once they become available.
